In 1981, we established the distinctive Saucony silhouette and triangular lugs with the Jazz. During its creation, we worked closely with podiatrists to ensure we designed a shoe that would ensure runners' comfort and mitigate the impact of long distances. The triangular lug sole offered grip with a piston-like suspension system, which has inspired Saucony's sole design to this day.
